Starting off simple: The life of an distant learner

Distant learning has grown more popular over the years, mainly because it allows for flexibility and availability. All you need is your text book and an Internet connection to start classes. The main reason I chose distant learning over traditional classrooms is because I am active duty military and I change locations constantly, as well as a full time worker. Distant learning works with my schedule because I know I have one week to finish up each course criteria and my only scheduled event is the seminar, which can made up through a seminar 2 option. I am offered a great deal of flexibility and work at my own pace and on my own schedule.
